Refunds and Returns
At SAO we do not facilitate refunds for any purchases. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Exchange Process: - Prior to shipment, all items undergo thorough inspection but if you identify any damage or encounter shipping-related issues, we will readily provide a replacement. To report such problems, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item via our provided contact number or email address. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons.

Should you wish to initiate an exchange for any valid cause, please communicate with us at sacredandorganic.in@gmail.com. It's important to acknowledge that you will be responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returning the product to us.

In any case of return, refund will be processed in 1-2 week's time
